How does the free trial work?

AI NoteTaker is a paid app with one plan, Premium, and every new subscriber starts with a 7-day free trial. You won’t be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time before that. After the trial it’s $1/month, or $5/year on the yearly commitment plan.

Which devices does it work on?

Yes. Sign in with the same account everywhere. With cloud storage your meetings and notes sync across iPhone, iPad, Mac and the web.

Which AI models can I use?

Every model is included: Auto picks a fast, capable model for each task, or choose the latest from Anthropic, OpenAI, Google and xAI.

Where are my recordings stored?

You choose. Cloud keeps your recordings in encrypted cloud storage and syncs meetings to all your devices. This device only keeps the audio on the device that recorded it: we delete our copy right after transcription, and the meeting only appears on that device. Transcripts and notes are stored in your account either way, so AI notes and chat work.

How do I cancel?

Web subscriptions: Settings → Manage Subscription in the web app. App Store subscriptions: Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions on your iPhone.
